In the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Air Force has launched three strikes on enemy clusters. The Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit one Russian personnel cluster, one ammunition and military equipment cluster, and two air defense missile system positions.
Two more torture chambers have been discovered in the Kharkiv region, where Russian invaders used to keep Ukrainians during occupation. Twenty-seven torture chambers were found in total.

A man was killed, houses and a kindergarten were damaged as a result of Russian shelling of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, on Tuesday.
As of 10:30 on February 28, there has been no deficit in Ukraine's power system, and it is currently not forecast.
Russian troops are focusing efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions.

In the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Air Force has launched four strikes on enemy personnel and military equipment clusters. Russian troops attempted to conduct offensive actions in five directions but failed.
Amid the ongoing war, the enemy may strike critical infrastructure at any time, without the attack needing to be tied to any “symbolic dates.”
On February 25, 2023, Russian troops shelled the border areas of the Kharkiv region’s Chuhuiv, Kupiansk and Kharkiv districts.
Russian troops are enhancing their defenses in the temporarily occupied Crimea, setting up more fortifications. In particular, 150 conscript soldiers from Russia’s Chelyabinsk region were ordered to do the relevant engineering work.
The Ukrainian Army will be ready to launch a counteroffensive as early as this spring with one of its strategic goals being to cut Russia’s access to Crimea.
