Zelensky, Stubb discuss frontline situation in Ukraine, security challenges from Iran war

Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine and Alexander Stubb of Finland have discussed the situation on the front lines in Ukraine and security challenges related to the war in Iran.

Zelensky announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"I thank Finnish President Alexander Stubb for another meaningful conversation as always. We discussed the situation on the front line in Ukraine, the challenges posed by the war in Iran, and our opportunities to strengthen security," Zelensky said.

The two leaders also discussed the state of diplomatic work with the United States and cooperation with European institutions.

Zelensky expressed gratitude to Stubb for his continued support.

As previously reported, during a meeting with Italian President Sergio Mattarella, Zelensky raised issues of security in Europe and the Middle East and thanked Italy for its assistance to Ukraine's energy sector and its ongoing support.
