Russia hits Kupyansk district with missile. People trapped under rubble

On February 23, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kupyansk district, Kharkiv region. One person was injured, people have been trapped under the rubble.

"The occupiers struck Kupyansk district today. According to preliminary information, S-300 missile was fired. An administrative building was hit. A civilian, who was near the building, was injured. At least two people are currently under the rubble," Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

All rescue services are working at the scene. The information is being updated.

As reported, Kupyansk district comes under enemy shelling and rocket attacks every day. Two civilian women were injured this morning in the shelling of Kupyansk town.
