The International Monetary Fund has shown understanding regarding the sensitivity of introducing VAT taxation for sole proprietors, according to Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.

In a post on Telegram, Svyrydenko said the issue was discussed during the Spring Meetings in Washington, Ukrinform reports.

"The IMF has shown understanding regarding the sensitivity of introducing VAT taxation for sole proprietors – both for society and for parliament.
