War update: Ukraine reports 110 frontline clashes, heavy enemy losses in Pokrovsk sector
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
“Since the start of the day, as many as 110 combat clashes have taken place. The enemy carried out one missile and 41 airstrikes, fired 38 rockets, and dropped 105 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 5,584 kamikaze drones were used, along with 3,210 attacks on settlements and our troops’ positions,” the report states.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Russian forces launched one attack on Ukrainian positions, conducted an airstrike using four guided bombs, and carried out 139 shelling attacks, including two from multiple rocket launchers.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the enemy attempted to assault Ukrainian positions near Prylipka and toward Hryhorivka. Ukrainian troops repelled three attacks, with one clash still ongoing.
Four attacks were repelled in the Kupiansk sector, near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Kruhliakivka.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces stopped five attacks near Novoselivka, Kolodiazi, and Zarichne.
In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian defenders halted enemy attempts to advance near Dronivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not carry out offensive actions throughout the day.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian troops launched 16 attacks near Shcherbynivka, Yablunivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, and toward Sofiivka, with one clash still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy carried out 29 attacks, attempting to advance near Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novoserhiivka, Horikhove, and Dachne. Fighting is ongoing.
Preliminary estimates indicate that Ukrainian forces eliminated 62 enemy soldiers and wounded 24; destroyed 18 drones, three vehicles, and two artillery systems; and struck a tank, four vehicles, an artillery system, and 11 enemy personnel shelters.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, Ukrainian units repelled eight enemy attacks near Oleksandrohrad, Sosnivka, Pryvilne, and Rybne.
In the Huliaipole sector, 14 attacks were repelled near Huliaipole and toward Dobropillia, with three clashes still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv sector, two enemy attacks near Mala Tokmachka and Stepove were repelled.
In the Prydniprovske sector, two enemy attacks toward the Antonivskyi Bridge ended unsuccessfully for the invaders.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russia’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to December 23, 2025, reached approximately 1,199,280 personnel.
