President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky declared the decrees of the Russian president on the recognition of Crimea, so-called "LPR" and "DPR", Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions as "independent", as well as other decisions on the implementation of these decrees, null and void.
The invaders are building a "state border" in Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia region, the only settlement through which it is possible to leave the temporarily captured territories of Ukraine for Zaporizhzhia city.
Crimeans who left for third countries in the last ten days need help to return to mainland Ukraine. Due to problems, in particular with documents, the situation with their accommodation in other countries has all the signs of a humanitarian disaster.

At least 1,500 draft notices have been issued to Crimean Tatars in the temporarily occupied Crimea after Putin announced partial mobilization in Russia.
On September 28, at 2:30 p.m., a briefing will be held on the topic: "Forcible mobilization of Crimean Tatars in Crimea: reaction of Ukraine and the world."
Ukraine has called on its partners to increase pressure on Russia, including with new tough sanctions in connection with the holding of pseudo-referendums in temporarily occupied territories, and to significantly increase military support for Ukraine.
