Two civilians killed in Russian shelling of Kherson region

Two men were killed in the shelling of the Kherson region, particularly in Kherson and in the village of Novodmytrivka.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Prokudin, the Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

“This morning, the Russians attacked Novodmytrivka in the Kherson region with a drone. The enemy dropped explosives from a UAV on a 52-year-old man who was in his yard. He suffered fatal injuries,” Prokudin wrote.

At noon, Russian troops shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 59-year-old man was fatally wounded as a result of the enemy attack.

Also, according to the Regional Military Administration, the number of wounded increased the day before, on December 17, at approximately 7:00 a.m., the Russians shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 53-year-old woman was hit by enemy fire in her own home. She suffered blast trauma and injuries to her back and pelvis. The victim was hospitalized in moderate condition.

As reported by Ukrinform, two people were killed, and six were wounded in the Kherson region over the past day as a result of Russian strikes.
