The Ukrainian military have eliminated 38 Russian troops in eastern Ukraine over the past day.
The enemy struck Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Ukraine has assured the United States that it will not use the provided rocket systems “against targets on Russian territory”.
In Luhansk region, Russian invaders assault Sievierodonetsk and have established control over part of the town.
In Kherson region, more than 20 populated localities have been liberated at the side of Dnipropetrovsk region.
The Biden administration emphasizes that the new security assistance to Ukraine, which will not contain rocket systems with a range of up to 300 km, will still contain weapons the Armed Forces of Ukraine need at the current stage of the war.
