Russian forces strike critical infrastructure in Lozova
Lozova Mayor Serhii Zelenskyi stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy once again struck the Lozova community. We have damage to critical infrastructure. Serious problems with water supply have arisen. Utility workers and energy specialists are still at the sites. They are doing everything possible, but restoring water supply is currently not possible," the statement reads.

According to the mayor, all efforts are now focused on at least restoring water supply by morning.
"I know how difficult it is without water in everyday life, especially now. At the same time, I want to thank all the specialists who are working tirelessly to deal with the consequences, and each and every one of you for your resilience. In parallel, we are working on alternative power and water supply options. We have certain solutions, but we are not discussing them publicly for the sake of people's safety and the safety of the facilities themselves. We will definitely cope with this. The main thing is to stick together and support one another," he wrote.

As reported, on February 10 the Lozova community in the Kharkiv Oblast was left without electricity as a result of Russian strikes on energy infrastructure.
Russia has been targeting Lozova's critical infrastructure since September 2025. Restoration work there has not stopped, and the community lives under conditions of constant power outages.
The population of the Lozova community, including internally displaced persons, exceeds 90,000. Lozova also operates a transit center for receiving evacuees.
