Two explosions rock Kharkiv - mayor

Around 4:00 on Wednesday, August 3, two explosions rang out in Kharkiv.
The report was released on Telegram by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"At 03:55 and 03:56, Kharkiv heard two explosions. One of them was a missile strike at the Kholodnohirsky district," the mayor wrote.
According to preliminary reports, the attack brought no casualties.
"The State Emergency Service is clarifying the information on the second hit," Terekhov added.
Later, the mayor clarified that the second strike targeted an infrastructure facility in the Novobavarsky district. The facility was damaged but no fire erupted and no casualties were reported.
Earlier, in the night hours of Saturday, July, a three-story building of an educational facility was hit by a Russian missile.
