The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry strongly condemns Russia's deportation of Ukrainian citizens living in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.
For years, Russian officials and media have referred to explosions as “booms,” to fires – as “smoke spread,” and floods – “minor flooding.” Hence, not the war on Ukraine, but a “special military operation.”
