Zelensky holds meeting to summarize results of First Crimea Platform Parliamentary Summit

The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Summarized the results of the first Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea Platform. The position of all participants of the Summit is clear and understandable. Crimea is Ukraine and Russia’s attempt to annex it is a gross violation of international law and will never be recognized by the international community,” the President of Ukraine wrote.

According to Zelensky, Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian aggression is a struggle for democratic values.

“We are grateful to the free democratic world for the unity and important support,” Zelensky added.

A reminder that the First Crimea Platform Parliamentary Summit was held in Croatia’s Zagreb on October 24-25, 2022.
