Parliaments of Ukraine and Poland sign Declaration on Strategic Partnership
As reported by Ukrinform, Stefanchuk shared the news on Facebook.
“We are strengthening the parliamentary dimension of Ukraine-Poland strategic partnership. Together with the Marshal of the Sejm, we signed a Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership and established a parliamentary-expert working group to support Ukraine’s European integration,” he wrote.
According to Stefanchuk, the document opens new opportunities to deepen inter-parliamentary cooperation and accelerate Ukraine’s path toward the EU.

During the meeting, both sides discussed continued support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression and coordination of efforts on European and security matters.
“Poland has been and remains one of Ukraine’s key allies – politically, militarily, and humanitarianly,” he emphasized.
Czarzasty, for his part, stressed that “without a free Ukraine, there is no free Poland,” and that Ukrainians have true friends and a reliable partner in Poland within the EU and globally.

Stefanchuk thanked the Polish people for their solidarity, comprehensive support, and assistance in Ukraine’s EU membership path and national reconstruction.

“Recognizing the challenges of our shared historical path, Ukraine and Poland are today shaping a common European future based on freedom, security, and trust,” Stefanchuk concluded.

As Ukrinform reported, Marshal Czarzasty arrived in Kyiv for the official visit on February 23.
