Witkoff to take part in Ukraine-Russia talks in Abu Dhabi

That is according to The Jerusalem Post, citing a White House official, Ukrinform reports.

Witkoff will travel to Abu Dhabi for talks with Russia and Ukraine on Wednesday and Thursday, a White House official said on Monday.

According to Reuters, Witkoff's Middle East trip will begin in Israel, where he is expected to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Two senior Israeli officials said that Witkoff's visit to Israel will begin on Tuesday and that, in addition to the prime minister, Witkoff is also scheduled to meet with Israeli military chief Eyal Zamir.

Another round of trilateral meetings between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia are scheduled for February 4-5 in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

During the previous meeting in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24, military representatives identified a list of issues for further discussions.
