Lithuanian PM says politicians opposing support for Ukraine will lose credibility
This was stated by Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Rugienė in an interview with Ukrinform.
"Russia is constantly looking for opportunities and weak spots. But I am very glad that it is difficult for them. When it comes to Lithuania, there is absolute support for Ukraine, and if any politician tries to spread a different opinion, they will lose all support," she said.
Rugienė emphasized that Lithuania has no doubts about the need to support Ukraine, and this position remains strong despite attempts to weaken it.
“I spoke with your prime minister about the energy sector, and we have already outlined a plan for how we can help. So, there is no doubt. I know that your country and your people are very well aware of what disinformation is, and that is why you are so strong,” said the head of the Lithuanian government.
As reported by Ukrinform, Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Rugienė arrived in Kyiv on October 6 for her first official visit. She announced a new initiative to assist and rehabilitate Ukrainian children and their families who were previously abducted by Russia.
