Russian attack damages port and energy infrastructure in Izmail district

Port and energy infrastructure in the Izmail district, Odesa region, has been damaged in a Russian attack, with destruction reported at two locations.
The Izmail District State Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The enemy once again targeted the port and energy infrastructure of the Izmail district. Damage has been recorded in the city of Izmail and the Vylkove community," the statement said.
Prior to the strike, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of several groups of attack drones heading toward the Odesa region from the Black Sea. An air raid alert was declared across the region.
