Ukrinform
Ukrainian law enforcement authorities have issued notices of suspicion to four more deputies of Russia's State Duma for encroaching on Ukraine's territorial integrity.

That is according to the Prosecutor General's Office, Ukrinform reports.

The suspects are charged under Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine).

Investigators say that in 2022, deputies Bekhan Agayev, Roza Chemeris, Amir Khamitov, and Nikolai Alekseyenko voted in favor of Russian legislative acts that served as the basis for the seizure of territories in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

These decisions enabled Russia to formally legitimize the seizure of parts of Ukraine's territory in violation of Ukraine's Constitution and international law.

Earlier, a court in Vinnytsia sentenced Russian State Duma deputy Tatyana Dyakonova to 15 years in prison for calls to violate Ukraine's territorial integrity and for supporting the war of aggression.
