Russia starts war against Ukraine

Russian president Vladimir Putin made a decision to conduct a special military operation to "protect Donbas." The state border of Ukraine was attacked in Luhansk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Zhytomyr regions. Martial law has been imposed throughout Ukraine.
