Another 4,384 Mariupol residents, including 1,073 children, have been evacuated from Berdiansk today.
The Mariupol City Council wrote on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Today, another 4,384 Mariupol residents, including 1,073 children, have been evacuated from Berdiansk. Everyone will receive food, necessary medical aid and then temporary accommodation. In total, the support centers received and provided assistance to almost 30,000 Mariupol residents,” the report says.
The city council thanked everyone who helps save the lives of Mariupol residents.
As Ukrinform reported, Russian troops have caused a major humanitarian catastrophe in Mariupol. The invaders are bombing unarmed residents and blocking humanitarian aid.
