The entire territory of Luhansk region is under constant fire from enemy aircraft, Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, and mortars. A hospital was shelled in Severodonetsk town.

“Aviation, Grad systems, mortars. The entire territory of Luhansk region is under constant fire from the occupiers. The enemy focused on Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Popasna, Hirske, Kreminna. Russcists want to make a breakthrough between Rubizhne and Kreminna, but they fail to do so, so the orcs fire on civilians. A town hospital, a so-called ‘strategic facility’, was shelled in Severodonetsk today,” Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai posted on Telegram.

He noted that the Russian invaders dream of encircling Severodonetsk, but this dream is unrealistic because "Ukraine’s Armed Forces are working."

According to Haidai, the town of Popasna came under Grad fire in the morning, Russian aircraft struck Hirske community.

On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin started the large-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops fire on and destroy key infrastructure facilities, missiles hit residential buildings. Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
