Ukraine's air defense units destroyed one plane, two helicopters and six unmanned aerial vehicles of Russian invaders on March 21.

According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force Command said this in a statement released on Facebook.

"On March 21, the Russian occupiers increased their air presence in Ukraine's airspace. In addition to using many unmanned aerial vehicles, the enemy also uses bomber, attack and fighter aircraft, cruise and ballistic missiles in various directions," the statement said.

According to the statement, Ukrainian Air Force aircraft made dozens of sorties with air battles, interceptions and strikes on the military convoys of the Russian aggressors.

Ukraine's air defense forces destroyed four UAVs, two helicopters and several cruise missiles (to be specified).

One enemy aircraft and two drones were hit.

"In general, on March 21, the air defense of the state destroyed one plane, two helicopters, six tactical UAVs, cruise missiles," the statement said.
