This week, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved two negotiating positions for Ukraine on its path to European Union membership under Cluster 4, “Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity,” and Cluster 5, “Resources, Agriculture, and Cohesion Policy.”
