Zelensky on meeting with Trump: It was the best conversation

Ahead of the expanded meeting with the participation of European leaders at the White House, President Volodymyr Zelensky described his bilateral meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump as the best one they’ve had.
He said this briefly before the multilateral talks began, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“I think that we had a very good conversation with President Trump. It really was the best one. Or maybe the best one will be in the future," Zelensky added.
As reported by Ukrinform, an expanded meeting begun at the White House, bringing together the presidents of the United States and Ukraine along with top European leaders, including European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, French President Emmanuel Macron, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
