As of the morning of June 1, consumers in seven regions were without power due to Russian attacks.
As Ukrinform reports, this was stated by NPC Ukrenergo on Facebook.
"As a result of Russian drone and artillery attacks on civilian energy infrastructure, there are new outages as of this morning in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Zhytomyr regions. Where security conditions currently allow, emergency restoration work has already begun," the statement said.
Electricity consumption as of 09:30 on Monday is at the same level as the previous working day, Friday, May 29.
The grid operator advises not to switch on several high-power appliances at the same time between 18:00 and 22:00.
As previously reported, no electricity consumption restrictions are planned in Ukraine on June 1.
