Another 22 Instagram accounts blocked in Ukraine for advertising casinos

This was reported by the agency's press service on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“PlayCity has blocked Instagram pages that distributed illegal advertising of gambling. Among them are Kolia Zalipukha, Olia Filova, and 20 other popular bloggers who encouraged people to play at online casinos,” the statement said.

It is noted that some of the bloggers showed “victories” even though they were not even registered as casino players.

According to the report, the total audience of the blocked pages exceeds 2.8 million users.

“Manipulative advertising of gambling is a violation of the law. The PlayCity agency's priority is to create a safe environment for gambling participants,” the agency emphasized.

As reported, the state agency PlayCity imposed a fine of UAH 4.8 million on an Instagram blogger for distributing illegal gambling advertisements.
