All services in the new Tax Consultant Offices will be provided free of charge, and in the near future, an electronic queue will become available on the website of the State Tax Service.

First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Lesia Karnaukh reported this in a comment to Ukrinform.

“A taxpayer already makes contributions to the benefit of the state, so charging again for consulting services would be unfair. That is why all consultations in the new offices are free of charge,” Karnaukh emphasized.

According to the First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service, the program also has a digital dimension: more than 120 electronic forms are already available, the taxpayer’s cabinet is functioning, and in the future, it is planned to make it even more user-friendly. At the same time, during the war, entrepreneurs demonstrate significant demand for in-person communication with tax officers.

“People want to see not only flat figures in the electronic cabinet, but also have the opportunity to talk directly with a consultant. The Tax Consultant Office is a kind of mix where the same service can be obtained both in electronic format and through live communication with a specialist, in a way convenient for the taxpayer. In addition, it is also oriented toward those who only plan to start their own business,” the Head of the State Tax Service explained.

Karnaukh noted that the electronic queue is already functioning in test mode through special terminals in the offices and will become available online in the coming month.
