The Council of the European Union has decided to allocate EUR 31 million to Ukraine to strengthen its defense capabilities under the newly established European Peace Facility.
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has recorded 265 ceasefire violations in Donetsk region and six ceasefire violations in Luhansk region over the past 24 hours, according to daily report No. 282/2021 issued by the SMM on December 1.
Over the past 24 hours, on December 1, Ukraine reported four ceasefire violations by the Russian occupation forces, including one with the use of weapons proscribed by the Minsk agreements.
