In the past 24 hours, October 28, Ukraine recorded a total of 14 ceasefire violations by Russian occupation forces in the Joint Forces Operation zone in Donbas, five of which involved weapons proscribed by the Minsk agreements.

Lviv Armored Fighting Vehicle Plant SE, which is a part of the Ukroboronprom defense giant, has restored more than ten BTS-4 armored medium hauling vehicles, improving their tactical and technical features as per defense ministry's order.
