Russian forces strike 31 settlements in Kherson region over past day; two killed, two injured
The Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Over the past day, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Dariivka, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Novotiahynka, Tokarivka, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Nadiivka, Kizomys, Yantarne, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Beryslav, Rakivka, Novovorontsovka, Mylove, Dudchany, Respublikants, Zolota Balka, Odradokamianka, Novoraisk, Chervonyi Maiak, Vesele, Kozatske, and the city of Kherson were under enemy drone terror, airstrikes, and artillery shelling," Prokudin wrote.
Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, damaging eight apartment buildings and six private houses. The occupiers also damaged an electric transport network, a shop, and private vehicles.
Due to Russian aggression, two people were killed and two others were injured.
Yesterday, 18 people were evacuated from liberated communities in the region.
As Ukrinform reported, in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, in Khorky, the head of the illegal occupation police of Kalanchak, Serhiy Bohan, was killed.
