Zelensky: Seven hospitalized in Dnipro and five in Odesa after Russian attacks
The head of state reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“Seven people are currently in hospitals in Dnipro following the Russian strike on the city. Five have been hospitalized in Odesa, and two of them are in serious condition. One person was wounded in the Kharkiv region. Dozens of people were injured by Russian strikes today. Everyone is receiving the necessary assistance,” Zelensky said.
He noted that Russia launched over 200 drones against Ukraine last night alone, most of which were “Shaheds,” and there were also ballistic missiles. Since this morning, he said, there have been about thirty more attack drones. They struck various cities. In the Mykolaiv region, power grid facilities were attacked, leaving thousands of families without electricity. In Odesa, residential buildings were hit. In Dnipro, a bus was destroyed, and a residential building, a store, and passenger cars were damaged. There is damage from the attack in Zaporizhzhia.
“It is important that our partners remember: this is a daily war, and security is needed every day. Russia must end this war of its own making, and the only way to ensure that is by maintaining pressure on it. The pressure must not let up, and the sanctions must remain in effect,” the President emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, one person was killed and 11 were wounded today as a result of an attack on the Dniprovskyi district.
