Russian attacks on vehicles in Sumy region injure six people in one day
This was reported on Telegram by Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“Six civilians sought medical assistance today following enemy attacks on vehicles in the Sumy region,” Hryhorov said.
He noted that in the Seredyna-Buda community, the driver and one female passenger received medical care following a morning attack by an enemy drone on a bus. They are being treated on an outpatient basis.
Three more men were injured as a result of a Russian strike on a motorcycle in the same community. They were provided with the necessary assistance; hospitalization was not required.
In the Velyka Pysarivka community, a Russian drone attacked a civilian vehicle. A man was injured and is receiving the necessary care. His injuries are not severe.
The head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized that Russian drones continue to deliberately target civilian vehicles along the border, making travel through these areas extremely dangerous. He urged residents not to delay their evacuation.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces carried out over 60 strikes on 38 settlements in 19 territorial communities of Sumy region over the course of 24 hours, from the morning of April 29 to the morning of April 30; two people were injured.
