Infrastructure damaged as Russians attack Sumy region with drones

Two Russian drones damaged an infrastructure facility in the Shostka community of the Sumy region on Friday, February 21.

The Sumy Regional Military Administration announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“The enemy launched an air strike on the territory of the Shostka community. The attack was carried out by two UAVs. Infrastructure facilities were damaged,” the report says.

Emergency and rescue units are working at the scene. The extent of the damage is being clarified.

As reported by Ukrinform, a 23-year-old woman was injured in Sumy as a result of a UAV attack and a high-rise building was damaged.
