
Ukraine’s Air Force commander shows Hawk anti-aircraft system intercepting Russian aerial targets
Oleshchuk uploaded the corresponding video on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.
According to the commander, "achieving a 100 percent result isn’t but we’ll be approaching it by day, strengthening our air defenses."

“Western-donated weapons have proven and continue to prove effective on the battlefield. In the video we see combat work of the American Hawk anti-aircraft system this night, which, along with more modern anti-aircraft missile systems provided by our allies, defends the Ukrainian sky,” Oleshchuk said.
The commander thanked "all defenders of the sky for the latest result."
"I am grateful for their pace and perseverance in mastering new systems," the Air Force commander added.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, overnight Monday, October 23, Russia launched at Ukraine Shahed kamikaze drones, a Kh-59 missile, and an attack UAV of an unspecified type. In total, Ukraine's air defense forces intercepted 15 enemy targets.
