The audit conducted by United States officials along the lines of material and technical assistance certified no complaints about Ukraine's accounting of weapons and military equipment.

That’s according to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s press service referring to Deputy Minister Volodymyr Havrylov, who commented on some media reports about alleged cases of theft of weapons supplied by international partners.

"Artillery, ammunition, sophisticated air defense systems, armored vehicles – everything is accounted for in Ukraine,” Havrylov said, boasting of an automated control and monitoring system deployed last year.

“With the help of partners, the LOGFAS and Karavai programs have been introduced, which allow for monitoring military equipment down to a military unit via bar and QR codes. If necessary, one can visit the site and see what’s there," Havrylov said.

The press service recalled that yesterday, CNN reported the alleged theft of weapons provided to Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the U.S. Department of Defense on Wednesday officially announced the allocation of a new package of military aid to Ukraine, which includes dozens of types of weapons, equipment, and other materiel.
