At night, Russian troops fired Grad MLRS and heavy artillery at Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region, killing one person and injuring three more.

"Nikopol district was struck twice at night. Grad MLRS and heavy artillery were used. More than 30 shells were fired. A 72-year-old woman was killed. Three more locals were injured. One has a head injury. Two people are in a state of stress and have concussions," Serhiy Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

He added that seven private houses and an apartment block were damaged in Nikopol. The windows in a college dormitory were broken. Three gas pipelines, a power line, 14 solar panels, outbuildings, and five cars were damaged also.

"The enemy fired 20 shells at Myrove community. Two houses, an outbuilding, and a car were damaged," he noted.

Lysak expressed his condolences to the relatives of the killed woman and emphasized that Russia must be held to account for each of its crimes.

As reported, the enemy launched six missile strikes, in particular, on Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, and Kherson over the past day. In addition, the invaders launched 48 airstrikes and 77 MLRS strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated settlements. The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled about 50 attacks.
