Enemy moves "ministries" from captured Skadovsk - Kherson Regional Council deputy

"Not only occupation administrations, but also "ministries" are beginning to move away from Skadovsk," Khlan wrote.

According to him, it is still unknown where the so-called "Ministry of Land Reclamation" of the Russians has gone. Khlan suggests that this may be due to the fact that they promised farmers to provide water supply and irrigation, but did not do anything.

"It is clear that they will not do so, and we will have to restore everything after de-occupation," the Regional Council Deputy said.

As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the right-bank part of Kherson region, including the city of Kherson. Part of the region, located on the left bank of the Dnipro River, is temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
