Finland transfers 136 tonnes of power equipment to Ukraine

Ukraine has received 13 cargoes of humanitarian aid for energy needs from Finland - power transformers, current transformers, mobile gas boilers, generators, with a total weight of almost 136 tons.

 The press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reports, according to Ukrinform.

The Ministry of Energy has distributed the equipment to energy companies in Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv regions and Ukrzaliznytsia.

"We thank our partners from Finland for supporting the Ukrainian energy sector. The transferred equipment is an important contribution to the restoration and stabilization of our energy system, which the enemy deliberately tried to destroy," said Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Finnish company Kerabit Aurinkosähkö, with the assistance of the Ukrainian Embassy in Finland, delivered and installed a hundred solar panels in the Chernihiv Regional Emergency Medical Center.
