In Kyiv, 38 people were injured as a result of a Russian combined attack, and four were killed.
Overnight on August 28, Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure in Vinnytsia region, leaving 29 settlements without electricity.
The total combat losses of Russian forces from February 24, 2022, to August 28, 2025, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,079,630 personnel, including 880 in the past 24 hours.
An explosion was heard in Zaporizhzhia this morning after the Russians struck one of the city’s industrial enterprises, causing a fire.
