President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, following a conversation with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, said that Norway will help Ukraine strengthen its energy resilience.
Over the past week, the Russian Federation launched approximately 1,300 attack drones, nearly 1,200 glide bombs, and nine missiles of various types at the territory of Ukraine. The Odesa region suffered the most.
Ukraine’s air defense forces neutralized 75 of the 97 drones launched by Russia in an overnight attack that began on Saturday evening.
On December 20, as many as 235 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded along the front line, including 72 in the Pokrovsk sector.
The total combat losses of Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to December 21, 2025, amount to approximately 1,196,740, including 1,130 in the past 24 hours.
Ukraine's energy system continues to operate under intense enemy attacks, but remains intact and under control.
