Svitolina remains world's fifth-best female tennis player

The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has released a new ranking of female tennis players as of February 22.
In the updated ranking, published on the official website of the WTA, Ukraine's top-seeded tennis player Elina Svitolina retained fifth position, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
Among other Ukrainians, Dayana Yastremska is 30th, Marta Kostyuk is 79th, Kateryna Kozlova is 109th, Katarina Zavatska is 123rd, and Lesia Tsurenko is 145th.
Australian Ashleigh Barty holds the lead. She is followed by Japanese Naomi Osaka, Romanian Simona Halep, and American Sofia Kenin.
