Kremlin creates illusion of international recognition of temporarily occupied territories through 'international' agreements – CCD
According to Ukrinform, the Center for Countering Disinformation stated this on Telegram.
"Such meetings are part of the Kremlin's typical strategy to legitimize its proxies in the temporarily occupied territories. Saldo is not the first to try to present such contacts as full-fledged international cooperation. This is not 'diplomacy,' but an attempt to portray a 'normalization of life,' where occupied regions allegedly become actors," the Center emphasized.
In practice, North Korea remains one of the few countries supporting Russia's aggression, and any "economic ties" with it are merely an element of propaganda.
As Ukrinform reported, in the Russian-seized international children's camp Artek in Crimea, the occupiers have launched "educational courses" for teenagers, where they are taught how to operate drones.
