Four injured in Russian attacks in Sumy region

Four civilians were injured in Russian attacks in the Sumy region on April 18, regional governor Oleh Hryhorov said.

According to Ukrinform, he announced this on Telegram.

"Four residents of the Sumy region were injured today as a result of enemy attacks," Hryhorov wrote.

He specified that two men, aged 51 and 73, sought medical assistance after a mortar strike on the Seredyna-Buda community. They received treatment and will continue recovery on an outpatient basis.

Additionally, two more men, aged 51 and 34, were injured in an attack on a critical infrastructure facility in the Sumy district. They are currently receiving medical care.

As reported earlier, Russian forces also struck a State Emergency Service fire station in the Shostka district, causing damage, though personnel were in shelter at the time.
