Ukrainians win two gold, one silver, one bronze medals at European Youth Olympic Festival

The 15th European Youth Olympic Festival is being held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
On the fifth day of the competition, the Ukrainians won two gold, one silver and one bronze medals, Ukrinform reports.
In particular, Illia Kovtun won a gold medal in all-around gymnastics, having outperformed two Russian athletes, while Maria Horelova won a gold medal in long jump (6.21 m).
Judoists Serhiy Nebotov (weight category up to 66 kg) and Yulia Kurchenko (63 kg) won a silver medal and a bronze medal, respectively.
So far, the national team of Ukraine won three gold, three silver and six bronze medals and currently ranks ninth in the overall team standings.
The European Youth Olympic Festival will last until July 27.
