Svitolina crushes Williams at tournament in Toronto

Ukraine's top seeded tennis player Elina Svitolina has confidently advanced to the quarterfinals of the Rogers Cup tournament in Toronto (Canada).
The tournament's fifth seeded Svitolina easily dispatched former top seeded Venus Williams 6-2, 6-1 in their third round match in the early hours of Friday, Ukrinform reports.
Svitolina's next opponent will be fourth seeded Garbine Muguruza of Spain who defeated Australia's Ashleigh Barty 6-0, 3-6, 6-2.
