NATO Secretary General arrives in Kyiv
According to Ukrinform, the visit was announced by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha on X.
“Pleased to welcome NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to Kyiv for talks with President Zelensky and important meetings. We deeply appreciate NATO’s unity and strength in supporting Ukraine as we defend transatlantic security together,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Rutte stated on May 22 that Ukraine is defending itself very effectively, including by reclaiming territory, which poses a challenge for Russia.
Rutte has also said that continued military support for Ukraine will be one of the key topics at the upcoming NATO summit.
