Zelensky on Yermak's resignation: I make decisions aimed at strengthening Ukraine
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky when answering a question about the possible impact of Yermak's resignation on the peace negotiation process, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.
“Everything [events and circumstances taking place in Ukraine, in particular the resignation of the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak] affects the situation and the negotiation process,” he said.
The President noted that numerous processes occur in Ukraine daily that necessitate significant state decisions.
“In my case, I am the President of a country at war, and I make decisions every day. They are different, and most of them are very difficult. Since the beginning of this war, I have made and will continue to make decisions that are focused solely on strengthening Ukraine,” Zelensky said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on November 28, detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted searches at the office of Andriy Yermak, the Head of the Office of the President.
President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Yermak, who had previously submitted his resignation.
