May 7 declared day of mourning in Sumy community

In the Sumy community, May 7 has been declared a day of mourning for those killed in Russian attacks on May 6.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy City Council announced this on Facebook.

As previously reported, on May 6, Russian forces attacked Sumy with drones. Two drones struck a preschool building, killing two staff members and injuring seven others.

In addition, on May 6, a woman was killed in the Sumy community when a Russian drone struck a car.
