Zelensky arrives at emergency EU summit in Brussels

President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived at the emergency EU summit taking place today in Brussels to discuss continued support for Ukraine and European defense.

It is planned that Zelensky will participate in the EU security summit and hold several bilateral meetings.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, today, March 6, the Special European Council will be held in Brussels, during which EU heads of state and government will discuss ways to strengthen European defense and increase assistance to Ukraine. This comes in the context of statements and actions by the U.S. administration regarding a reduced role in supporting European security and military aid to Ukraine.
