After 14.72% of the votes were counted, the opposition Tisza party is ahead of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s ruling Fidesz party.
Results from single-member constituencies will be counted first, followed by party-list votes. Postal voting results will be announced last.

Under Hungary’s electoral system, the majority of lawmakers – 106 out of 199 – are elected in single-member constituencies by simple majority. The remaining 93 seats are allocated among parties that pass the 5% threshold.
As Ukrinform reported, voter turnout reached 77.8% as of 18:30, or 5,856,515 voters.
