
Ukraine, Denmark foreign ministers discuss steps to ensure Europe’s strategic security
The head of the Ukrainian diplomacy wrote this on social media platform X, Ukrinform reports.
Sybiha noted that the purpose of the meeting with his Danish counterpart was to coordinate positions on bilateral and global issues.
“We value Denmark's support, which enhances Ukraine's defense capabilities and resilience. We discussed steps to ensure Ukraine’s and Europe’s strategic security,” the Ukrainian minister wrote.

Earlier, Sybiha met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland Simon Harris and Canadian Minister for Foreign Affairs Melanie Joly.
In particular, according to the head of the Ukrainian foreign ministry, they discussed “latest international developments and the need for a proactive, strong, united Europe”. “I thank Ireland for firmly supporting Ukraine, our EU accession, and accountability for Russian crimes,” Sybiha wrote.
Sybiha noted that he met with Canada's Foreign Minister to reaffirm the Ukraine-Canada partnership. “I thank Canada for keeping support for Ukraine among priorities of its G7 presidency. We value Canada’s contribution to our energy resilience, demining, and the return of Ukrainian children kidnapped by Russia,” the minister stressed.

The meetings took place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
